STVP ed 02/06 VICTRIX Plus
Low-voltage circuit.
Safety devices and controls.
It permits operation of the boiler with 3 zone valves or external pumps
controlled by the relevant room thermostats.
Zone 1 is controlled (times and temperatures) by the CAR (if mounted).
Zone control unit (CZ)
(external optional)
See zone control
unit operation
It reads the outside temperature and enables the modulating control board
to change the system delivery temperature according to the temperature
outside.
External sensor (B3)
(external optional)
PTC sensor
1 kohm 25 °C
is enables the modulating control board to read the temperature of the
primary circuit delivery water.
If it breaks, burner operation stops for both d.h.w and heating.
is is located at the outlet of the primary exchanger.
Heating sensor
(B1)
NTC sensor
10 kohm 25 °C
is affects the modulating control board and it is possible to cut power
to the control unit in the event of a blocked pump or no water in the
primary circuit.
No-water safety device
(S2)
Twin-contact switch
e generator can be controlled remotely with this device (SUMMER/
WINTER switch, temperature adjustment and indication, alarm display,
reset, etc) and it also acts as a weekly timer-thermostat.
Together with an external sensor (B3), it enables the modulating control
board to change the system delivery temperature according to the outside
temperature.
Amico Remote Control
(CAR)
(optional)
See Amico Remote
Control (CAR)
operation
is allows the modulating control board to read the outlet temperature
of the hot water inside the storage tank.
If it breaks burner operation stops in the d.h.w. mode.
It is fitted inside the bulb holder against the outside wall of the storage
tank.
Domestic hot water
sensor
(B4)
NTC sensor
10 kohm 25 °C
is enables operation during the heating phase when room temperature
is below that required.
If the CAR is installed the room thermostat must be disconnected without
re-installing
the jumper X20.
Room thermostat (TA)
(external optional)
Twin-contact switch
Loads.
is displays burner operation (orange LED), d.h.w. operation (green LED) and heating operation
or antifreeze (green LED) on the panel.
A display shows
the boiler temperature, the set d.h.w. and heating temperatures and the error codes
(see modulating control board operation)
.
Twin-contact switch
is ensures the flow of air in the air-gas mix pipe and the extraction of fumes produced by com-
bustion.
It is powered by the modulating control board
.
