Calibration - Maximum Vibration Intensity Adjustment
The maximum vibration intensity is controlled by a parameter stored on the electronic card; this
parameter is called “maximum current limitation coefficient”.
The set
ting of this coefficient allows limiting the current circulating inside the electromagnet
within the maximum value acceptable for the magnet itself. In order to properly maintain the
working life of the shaker, we recommend strictly following the values given below.

DURE:
MODEL

SV005
2.1 mm
2.3 mm
SV007
3.1 mm
3.3 mm
SV008
3.1 mm
3.3 mm
NOTE
To reach the inside of the shaker see instructions for the spring’s replacement. In case
this distance is not included between the limits given above, use the nuts (B6) to set it.
1. Connect an ammeter to the control panel feed.
2. Ensure that the appliance is off. Push the button
and keep it pushed to switch
on the shaker.
3. On t
he numerical display (C8) you will see the value of the “maximum current
limitation coefficient”.
4. Press the buttons
or in order to set the value36” on the numerical
display (C8).
5. Push t
he button
to memorise the value.
6. Set
the vibration intensity to the maximum value, turn on the appliance and check that
the current absorbed by the appliance (read on the ammeter) is between the values
given in the list below:

If the current absorption read is over the maximum value given in the list above, set a
value ofmaximum current limitation coefficient” lower than the value previously
stored.
If
the current absorption read is lower than the maximum value given in the list above,
set a value of “maximum current limitation coefficient” higher than the value
previously stored.
