Minor paintwork
damage such as minor stone chips can be
touched up using a touch-up pen before rust forms and leads to
corrosion. Any paint work repairs other than touching up small
minor stone chips should be carried out by an INEOS dealer.
Glass and Mirrors
Use glass cleaning uid to clean these. Do not use abrasives or
chemical solvents. Do not scrape any window except with a
scraper designed for that purpose. Never scrape the inside of the
rear window; you may damage the defrosting elements.
Headlight Lenses
Clean the headlights using a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Do
not use solvents, abrasives, or caustic agents. Do not clean the
headlight lenses using a dry cloth or a scraper; they may scratch
the lens.
Under Hood Cleaning
Use an
engine bay cleaner. Follow its instructions. Avoid damaging
any plastics or metals. Do not use high pressure hoses or steam
cleaners to clean the engine bay; they can inltrate control
modules and the fuse box and they can dislodge and damage
parts.
Under-ride Protection
Your Grenadier underbody has sacricial protective panels to
reduce the risk of damage to the radiator, fuel tank, and exhaust
system. Consult your INEOS dealer for inspection and repair as
necessary, especially after sustained o-road or wading use.
INTERIOR CARE
Vacuuming
Be careful not to scratch upholstery, nishes, or controls. Use a
soft brush whenever possible.
Upholstery and Carpets
Use only a clean, damp cloth or a high quality cleaner designed for
automotive upholstery and carpets, and follow the manufacturer’s
directions.
