Periodically and before long trips, trailering, and o-road driving
In addition to everything mentioned above:
Test the tire pressures (including the spare’s) and adjust
as required
to reach recommended cold pressure. This is
particularly important if you are driving with a heavy load
of cargo, occupants, or both. Do not rely on the Tire
Pressure Monitoring System (see Driving on Road) to tell
you when to adjust tire pressure.
Inspect wheels, wheel lug nuts, and tires for any
irregularities.
Test all lamps and signals on your Grenadier and the
trailer (turn, hazard).
Test audible signals (horn, toot).
Test washers, and wipers.
Check uid levels and get them topped o.
Make sure that all of the recommended trailer
attachments are present and secured.
Make sure that the load on the trailer is secured to the
trailer.
Test the service brake and parking brake with the trailer
attached.

FUELING
Fuel Type
It is
essential to use the correct fuel in your Grenadier. If you do
not use the correct fuel, the fuel system and the engine might be
damaged.
You must use only uncontaminated (e.g., water and particulate
free) unleaded gasoline with no more than 15% ethanol content.
Do not use:
Fuel containing more than 15% ethanol (e.g., E85).
Diesel fuel.
Fuels containing the octane booster additive,
methylcyclopentadienyl manganese tricarbonyl (MMT).
Leaded fuel. Using leaded fuel is prohibited by law.
