3D Auto mode can be enabled for HDMI 2 connections only.

Select Display > Display Mode > 3D > 3D Format.

Select Auto.
Other options:

SBS: Display 3D signal in “Side-by-Side” format.

Top and Bottom: Display 3D signal in “Top and Bottom” format.
l
Frame Sequential: Display 3D signal in “Frame Sequential” format.
