START-UP INFORMATION
General Notes:
1. Send a copy of the start-up check-list to Ingenia when completed. All information should be
filled in to facilitate an internal review by Ingenia.
2. If at start-up there are any deficiencies or abnormalities, please indicate it on the start-up
sheet.
3. The unit nameplate shall have the unit system number as well as the unit serial number.
