Why is my Ingersoll-Rand Winch not lifting or pulling the load?

If your Ingersoll-Rand Winch doesn't lift or pull the load, it could be due to several reasons. First, the winch might be overloaded; try reducing the load to stay within the rated capacity. Second, there might be insufficient air supply. Make sure the air supply pressure and volume at the winch inlet meet the requirements. Also, clean the air line filter. Finally, the motor may be damaged. In this case, you should examine all parts and replace any that are worn or damaged.
