Under normal circumstances, VG814_A performs gateway functions. When VG814_A is
shut down or fails, VG814_B performs gateway functions. The preemption mode is
intended to enable VG814_A to continue to act as the master gateway after it
recovers.
5.7.4 Interface Backup
Scenario: VG814 accesses the Internet via Wi-Fi, and an interface backup is
created to enable VG814 to access the Internet through dial-up upon Wi-Fi failure.
