Select the recording device: microphone (USB Audio CODEC)
z Click the “Audio I/O” at the Audacity Preferences interface.
z Click the “Device” and select “microphone (USB Audio CODEC)”.
z Click the “Channels” and select 2 (stereo).
z Click the “OK”.
z Note: If you couldn't find the " microphone (USB Audio CODEC) " from the Device list, close
the Audacity Software and re-open then try again.
4. Adjust the output and input volume.
NOTE: Because of the variation of different operation system, the input volume control may not work
on some individual Windows versions. Windows Vista is recommended to ensure the input volume
control working properly.
