1.6 Derating
1) Ambient temperature and derating
When the temperature falls within 40℃ to 50℃ , the rated output current must be
derated by 1.5% for every 1° C increase. The output current can be calculated by
multiplying the current value given in the rating table by the derating factor (k):

2) Altitude and derating
When the altitude is 1000 m to 3000 m above the sea level, for every 100 m increase in
altitude, the output current of the AC drive must be derated by 1%.
