● E150.3: STO input circuit hardware diagnosis failure
Cause:
Short circuit occurs on the optocoupler of the upstream hardware circuit of STO.
Cause
Confirming Method
Solution
Short circuit occurs on the
upstream optocoupler of
STO1 or STO2.
The fault persists and the
keypad displays E150.3 after
restart.
Replace the servo drive.
● E150.4: PWM buffer hardware detection failure
Cause:
An error occurs on the PWM Buffer integrated circuit during initialization detection
upon power‑on (the PWM signal cannot be blocked).
Cause
Confirming Method
Solution
STO Buffer power‑on test
error
The fault persists and the
keypad displays E150.4 after
restart.
Replace the servo drive.
● E165.0: SLS1 ramp monitor reference exceeding limit
Cause:
Cause
Confirming Method
Solution
SLS1 deceleration ramp
monitor exceeds the upper
limit
Check if the slope for SLS1
ramp to decelerate to the
limit exceeds the upper limit.
1. Set the upper limit to a
proper value.
2. Change the SLS1
deceleration setting so
that the slop is smaller
than the upper limit.
● E165.1: SLS2 ramp monitor reference exceeding limit
Cause:
Cause
Confirming Method
Solution
SLS2 deceleration ramp
monitor exceeds the upper
limit
Check if the slope for SLS2
ramp to decelerate to the
limit exceeds the upper limit.
1. Set the upper limit to a
proper value.
2. Change the SLS2
deceleration setting so
that the slop is smaller
than the upper limit.
● E165.2: SLS3 ramp monitor reference exceeding limit
Cause:
