What to do if there is no sound from my Insignia Speakers soundbar?

If you're experiencing no sound or very low sound from your Insignia Speakers soundbar, here's what to check: * Ensure you're connected to an audio OUT jack on your sound source, not an INPUT. * Verify the soundbar's volume level is adequately high. * For Bluetooth, increase the volume on your Bluetooth device and ensure it's not paired with another device. * Confirm the volume isn't muted by pressing the mute button. * Select the correct audio source using the SOURCE button. * Ensure the power is on and all connections are secure. * Also, check the volume on your sound source and ensure it's outputting sound. * For OPTICAL connections, set the source device’s audio to “PCM” format. * Inspect the audio cable for damage and try another one.
