Pressure Cooking
The following pressure cooking programs are available: Ultra, Pressure Cook, Meat/Stew,
Soup/Broth, Bean/Chili, Steam, Sterilize, Rice, Multigrain, Porridge, Egg and Cake.

Connect the power cord. The default cooking program Pressure Cook
displays the program settings. Press Start

display OFF
Position the steam release valve to Sealing by pushing the steam release button
counter-clockwise.
