Rotisserie Cooking
Carefully pull the accessory towards you and remove it from the cooking
chamber. Place your food on a tray or heat resistant surface.
Using heat protection for your hands, unscrew the rotisserie forks and remove
them from the food, then remove the food from the spit.
WARNING
Rotisserie spit, forks, and basket will be hot during and after cooking. Always use
the rotisserie lift to remove rotisserie accessories, and exercise extreme caution
when removing hot accessories from the cooking chamber. Always use oven mitts
when disassembling hot rotisserie accessories.
