Responsibilities
Customer’s Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required support services are available,
and that all necessary checks are made prior to installing the testing system. These services
and checks are described below.
Site Preparation
Proper site preparation is imperative so that the testing system operates in accordance with
its specifications and provides accurate test results. The customer must ensure that the site
requirements are satisfied prior to scheduling the installation appointment (refer to “Site
Requirements” on page 2-3).
Handling and Transporting
Unless specifically arranged otherwise, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the off-
loading, unpacking and moving of the testing system to the final site location (refer to
Chapter 3 “Lifting and Handling”).
