Correcting Uneven Print Quality
You may experience problems in print quality (ribbon wrinkling or light print on one side of your
label) if the printhead is not making even contact with the label stock. You need a straight-slot
screwdriver to turn the bias adjust screw.
Note: To maintain good print quality, adjust the bias adjust screw each time you use media of a
different width.
