Next, make sure the pendant is correctly connected to the junction box and that the pendant cable isn't tangled or pinched. Also, check your household fuse or breaker box. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the end of stroke may have been reached; try operating the opposite button. If the cables are entangled or pinched, carefully untangle them. For motor issues or cable repairs, it's best to call your dealer. Also, for Hi/Lo motor check that the drive shaft is correctly installed.
