Rust stains can appear on dishes due to: * Insufficient stainless steel quality of the dishes. Use only dishwasher-safe dishes. * The level of salt consumption being set too high. Adjust the level of salt consumption. * The salt reservoir cap not being closed correctly. Ensure it is firmly closed. * Spilled salt not being cleaned immediately. Clean any spilled salt and run a full program. * Polluted water supply. Check the water supply.
