TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION
Unit will not
turn on
Machine is unplugged.
Unit has not been
turned on.
Permanent ionic lter
and pre-lter are not
completely inserted.
Check if plug is loose.
Push control button.
Check to see that the
permanent ionic lter and
per-lter are completely
seated in the housing.
Blue CLEAN FILTER
light is on
Fan is o
Too much dust has
accumulated.
Permanent ionic lter
is wet.
Turn o, unplug and
clean using instructions
from the “CLEANING &
MAINTENANCE” section.
Excessive noise Too much dust has
accumulated or internal
parts are wet.
Clean and dry the permanent
ionic lter and pre-lter
thoroughly. Keep the machine
dry.
