Appendix M: Disassembly Procedure
Roomba Chassis Disassembly Procedure
o Remove Vacuum Bin
o Unscrew bumper screws (1)
o Unscrew chassis screws (2,3,4,5)
o Unscrew side brush if necessary (6)

Lift outer bumper slowly as it is attached by the
connector

Angle the bumper outward and carefully disconnect
connector from outer bumper
