11. INTERVENTI DI
MANUTENZIONE

11. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANTE: G l i i n t e r v e n t i d i
manutenzione ordinaria devono essere
eseguiti indossando guanti, mascherina per
evitare di inalare polveri nocive, occhiali.
Prima di eseguire questa operazione
spegnere il motore e togliere la chiave
avviamento dal proprio alloggiamento.
OPERAZIONE DA ESEGUIRE A
MOTORE FERMO E FREDDO
PULIZIA FILTRO POLVERE:
Ogni 40/70 ore di lavoro, o quando necessita,
controllare il ltro che si trova sotto il sedile,
procedendo nel seguente modo:
1 Staccare il connettore dello scuoti-
ltro
2 Svitare i n. 4 dadi ad alette
3 Togliere il telaio ltro
4 Togliere il ltro dalla propria sede
5 Battere il ltro a terra (non violentemente)
quindi per pulirli a fondo, con un aspiratore
potete aspirare l’interno di esso con
aria compressa, soffiate dall’esterno
all’interno come illustrato. Assicurarsi
che il ltro sia sempre in ottimo stato e
all’occorrenza sostituirlo.

IMPORTANT: When carrying out routine
maintenance wear gloves, mask to avoid
inhaling harmful dust, goggles.
Prior to servicing, turn the motor off and
remove the main key switch, item 8 Fig. 7,
from its housing.
OPERATIONS TO DO WHEN THE MO-
TOR IS OFF AND COLD
CLEANING THE DUST FILTER:
Every 40-70 hours of operation, or whenever
necessary, check the lter that you will nd
under the seat and proceed as follows:
1 Remove the lter shaker connector
2 Unscrew the 4 wing nuts
3 Remove the lter frame
4 Remove the lter
5 Knock the filter on the floor ( not
too forcefully ) and then use a vacuum
cleaner with compressed air to clean
it thoroughly, blowing from the outside
inwards, as illustrated. Make sure that
the lter is always in an excellent state of
repair and if necessary replace it.
