4.4.1 General settings
General settings set communication, display and security settings (passwords).

The description and location segment is intended for easier recognition of a certain unit. They
are specially used for identification of the device or location on which measurements are
performed.
Operating mode: the test mode is used for meter testing and is designed to increase resolution
of the energy counter and reduce the time required for testing.

Date and time: date and time cannot be changed.
UTC time offset: it is the difference in hours and minutes from Coordinated Universal Time
(UTC) for a particular place and date.
