TEST-07
This test is applicable to all components which not only consume electrical
energy but may also supply electrical energy with no possibility of switching off
this electrical energy supply without negative effects occurring in the vehicle.
Such components shall either be capable of self-limiting their output supply
voltage or systematic countermeasures shall be applied to the vehicle in order
to ensure compliance with this specification.
