2-9 Initialization procedure
Initialize the data of IB-P05 in following steps.
(Property, Logic, IP address, etc.)
(1) Ensure that the control board is properly powered.
(2) Remove the black rubber cover as show below.
(4) Initialization is complete when LEDs are flashing at the same time.
(5) Put the black rubber cover back in place.
(3) Use a metallic tool (such as a flat screwdriver) to create a contact between the pads for at least
3 seconds
2.10 Precautions for firmware update
This section describes precautions for firmware update.
(1) Stop PROFINET I/O on the PLC side during firmware update.
(2) Keep the controller powered on during firmware update.
(3) Keep the LANE cable connected during firmware update.
