Why is my Jackson Laboratory Equipment sanitizer pump running continuously?
    • B
      Beth SullivanSep 16, 2025
If the sanitizer pump on your Jackson Laboratory Equipment is running continuously, a shorted sanitizer microswitch on the cam timer could be the cause. If there is not 120V between the ORANGE and GREY wires on the sanitization pump motor microswitch when switch is out of the home position, replace the switch. Alternatively, a shorted prime switch might be the issue; if there is not 120 volts between GREY and WHITE/RED wires to prime switch, replace the switch. Lastly, check for a loose or broken wire and tighten connections to the microswitch.

How to resolve low pumped water pressure in Jackson CONSERVER XL?
    • P
      Patrick SmithAug 27, 2025
If you're experiencing low pumped water pressure in your Jackson Laboratory Equipment, it could be due to an obstruction in the pump housing or wash manifold; disassemble and clear any blockages. Alternatively, the pump impeller might be worn or broken, requiring replacement.

Why is my Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine cycling continuously?
    • T
      Thomas SmithAug 29, 2025
If your Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine is cycling continuously, the cycle reset switch might be loose; try repositioning the switch assembly and bending the metal lever if necessary. Alternatively, the cycle reset switch could be faulty; measure between the BLACK/YELLOW & ORANGE wires on 'cycle reset' switch while timer is rotating. As the switch lever drops into home position you should measure 120V. If not, adjust or replace the switch.

How to troubleshoot a Jackson Laboratory Equipment wash motor that does not run?
    • M
      Michele FarleyAug 30, 2025
If the wash motor in your Jackson Laboratory Equipment doesn't run unless the wash relay is manually depressed, but other functions work, a faulty control relay could be the cause. Check the voltage across relay contacts #7 & #4; if it reads 120V during the wash cycle, replace the relay. Another possibility is a faulty wash relay. Check voltage at relay coil between ORANGE/BLACK and WHITE wires. If you read 120V, coil is faulty. Replace the relay.

What to do if Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine will not run, no voltage at wash relay terminals L1 and T1?
    • J
      Jose CastilloSep 1, 2025
If your Jackson Laboratory Equipment dishmachine won't run and there's no voltage at the wash relay terminals L1 and T1, first ensure the service disconnect switch is on. If it is faulty, turn disconnect on. Also, check if the branch circuit breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown; reset or replace as needed. Finally, inspect for loose or broken connections to the dishmachine and tighten or replace them.

What causes a Jackson CONSERVER XL Laboratory Equipment machine to fill continuously even with no power?
    • R
      Richard RogersSep 2, 2025
If your Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine fills continuously even when no power is applied, the solenoid valve is likely dirty or faulty. Try cleaning the valve, and if that doesn't work, replace the plunger and/or diaphragm.

What to do if Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine fills continuously, only when the power is on?
    • K
      Kristen JohnsonNov 25, 2025
If your Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine fills continuously only when the power is on, several factors could be at play. There might be a faulty fill microswitch that needs repair or replacement. The cam timer could be stalled in the fill position; if the cam timer isn't rotating, check the voltage to the timer motor and replace the motor if there's 120V when the door is closed. A shorted OFF/ON/FILL switch could also be the culprit; check the voltage between the BLACK and WHITE/GREEN connections of the switch in the 'ON' position and replace the switch if you don't read 120V. Check for loose wire connections to the microswitch, relay, or contactor and tighten them. Lastly, a faulty wash cam microswitch could be the cause; during the wash cycle, check the voltage between the ORANGE and...

Detergent not feeding; rinse aid feeds okay on my Jackson CONSERVER XL, what to do?
    • A
      Alyssa WalkerSep 18, 2025
If detergent isn't feeding properly in your Jackson Laboratory Equipment, but rinse aid is, the detergent cam on the cam timer might be misadjusted; try adjusting it. Additionally, the detergent microswitch on the cam timer could be faulty. When the detergent cam is in the home position, measure voltage between ORANGE and GREY/ WHITE wires. If 120V, replace the microswitch.

What to do if Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine will not run in 'ON' position unless cam timer is moved off the 'home' position?
    • C
      Cheryl JimenezSep 14, 2025
If your Jackson Laboratory Equipment machine only runs when the cam timer is moved off the 'home' position, the door switch might be shorted out. With the door open, check for voltage between the ORANGE/WHITE door switch and neutral; if there's 120V, replace the door switch. Alternatively, a faulty control relay could be the cause. With the door open, check for voltage between connections #9 & #3 on the control relay; if there's 120V, replace the control relay. Lastly, a faulty 'cycle reset' microswitch in the cam timer might be the issue, requiring replacement of the microswitch.

What to do if the prime switch does not activate sanitizer pump in Jackson CONSERVER XL Laboratory Equipment?
    • Z
      zcunninghamSep 12, 2025
If the prime switch on your Jackson Laboratory Equipment isn't activating the sanitizer pump, it could be due to a faulty prime switch. With the prime switch in the prime position, check for voltage between the GREY and WHITE/RED wires to the switch. If 120V is present, replace the switch. Alternatively, a faulty delime switch could be the cause. With the delime switch in the DELIME position, check for voltage between the WHITE/BLACK and WHITE/RED wires to the delime switch. If 120V is present, replace the delime switch.
