Tool High Zero Speed Slip:
The slip speed is too high compared
to the expected slip speed at zero
sensor speed. The typical cause of
this error is that the sensor is
mechanically separated from the
motor.
AC Current Control Error:
The system has detected that the
expected AC current and the mea-
sured AC current is too high. This
indicates a faulty current measure-
ment sensor or poorly tuned current
controller.
AC Current Meas Plausibility Error:
The reference AC voltage is higher
than what the measured AC current
indicates. This indicates that one or
more motor phase cables are not con-
nected properly or that there is a
faulty current measurement sensor.
Frequency Above 599 Hz:
The electric frequency is evaluated to
be above 599Hz.
Controller has not received an
expected CANopen message within
the time out time. Shut mower off,
then restart. If fault returns, mower
must be towed back to maintenance
shed.
