6.3 MAINTENANCE CHARTS____________________________________________________
A - Add or Adjust C - Clean I - Inspect L- Lubricate R - Replace AR - As Required
* Indicates initial service for new machines.
** Sooner for dirty operating conditions.
*** Inspect visible hoses and tubes for leaks or oil marks.
**** Drain and clean fuel tank.
I - Manual grease gun with NLGI Grade 2 (Service Class
LB).
II - Engine Oil - See Section 4.4
III - Use Jacobsen hydraulic fluid: Capacity: 5 gallons
(19 Liters). Order Part No. 2500548 carton, containing
two 2-1/2 gal. (9.5 liter) bottles or Part No. 2500546
containing 5 gal. (19 liters), pail.
IV - 50/50 water ethylene glycol mix.
