What to do if my Jacuzzi J-HN250C will not light?

If your Jacuzzi Heater won't light, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the heater has power. If there is no display, check if the power to the heater is turned on. Make sure the pump is running; if not, start it. Also, the pump might be air-locked, so check for leaks. A dirty filter or clogged pump strainer basket can also prevent the heater from lighting, so clean both. Check that the thermostat is turned on and that the set temperature is higher than the water temperature. If the water is too hot and a fault condition is displayed, or if the heater is in a fault condition, refer to the fault indication table. Finally, ensure the gas is turned on.
