Jayco-built
fifth
wheel coach
is
equipped
with
mini-fifth wheel
hitch
which offers
dependability
and most of
all
simple
hookup.
For
either coupling or uncoupling,
follow
the
procedure
listed
below.

Adjust
trailer
jacks
until
trailer is
at
level
height
for
hooking
up
mini-wheel.

If
mini-wheel
luck
is
closed,

move
release
handle
(A)
up,
pull
towards
door
side
of
trailer
and
hook
behind
lug
as
in
Figure
2.
If
mini-wheel
lock
is
open,
proceed
to
Step
4.

Position
truck
so
mini-wheel
will
accept
king
pin
on
the
pin
box
of
trailer,

Slswiy
back
truck into
trailer
until
king
pin
engages
in
mini-wheel
lock,
automatically locking.

Make
sure
lock
is
closed,
handle

and

7.
Connect
power line
between
&ruck
and
trailer.
8.
Connect
break-away
switch
line.
9.
Close
and latch
tailgate,
check
mini-wheel
lock,
brakes,
/
and
lights.
10.
Completely
raise
trailer
jacks
11.
Pick
up
and
store wheel
chocks.
