Wiper Ring Assembly
Set the cylinder head on the work bench with the tube
connecting surface facing down.
Keep the work bench clean so that no dust or other
foreign matter can damage the bottom surface of the
cylinder head.
Face the lip side of the wiper ring to the groove of the
retainer (jig) and insert.
Verify that there is no foreign matter in the groove where
the wiper ring or the retainer is to be inserted.
Gently attach the retainer, with the wiper ring inserted,
facing down onto the upper part of the cylinder head.
Gently place the retainer on the cylinder head, making
sure that it is level with the work bench.
