Chopping sizes chart
Which chopping lengths to use?
Note:
JF Harvesters have a table, similar to the
one above, stamped on the cover (6) of the
gears box. Refer to it whenever you need!
In case you do not have enough previous
experience to help you to determine the ideal
chopping size for your work conditions, always
follow the guidance of a technician skilled in
animal feeding.
Generally speaking tenderer products can be
chopped in larger sizes and the older, harder and
fibrous ones must be chopped in smaller sizes.
