This is command to set interval of the same
event to upload alarm data to server;
A=Eyes Closing Event;
B=Yawning Event;
C=Distraction Event;
D=Smoking Event;
E= Phone Calling Event;
F=Shelter Event;
The value can be set for each event is 0, 120,
180, 600, 1800;
Unit is Second;
Default is 120s;
