STEP 4:
Connect the right hand side wire from the console
and the handrail through the plastic clip provided
until you hear a clicking noise, then push the excess
wire into the handrail frame.
NOTE: Ensure you do not catch the wire between
the console and the frame when reattaching it.
S300 ASSEMBLY
The treadmill has been assembled and tested at the factory, so you shouldn’t have any
problems putting all the parts together. Components are designed to fit together, and
only basic tools are required for the assembly process. Inside the box you will find a Tools
Pack (Hex Allen key, Screwdriver, Wrench, Washers and Bolts). See previous page.
To assemble your JLL S300 please follow these easy steps:
STEP 1:
Raise up the vertical frame bars on both sides.
STEP 2:
Secure the vertical frame bar to the running deck.
Use 2x flat washers and 2x black Allen head
bolts on both sides of the vertical frame bar.
Use 1x arc washers and the 1x black Allen head bolts
on the back of each vertical frame bar.
STEP 3:
Insert the console into the upper end of the vertical
frame bars.
NOTE: If you are struggling to lift the console into
an upright position, first loosen the bolts behind
and push the screen away from you and pull up.
