6. Merge the archived databases using the P2000_mergedata script:
Go to Start>Programs>Microsoft SQL Server 2005>SQL Server
Management Studio.
In the Connect to Server window select the regional server and click
Connect.
Click the “Open File” button or go to File>Open>File.
Go to File>Open and browse for the P2000_mergedata.sql file
(\Program Files\Johnson Controls\Cardkey P2000\sql). Select it and click
Open.
Browse for the P2000_mergedata.sql file (\Program Files\Johnson
Controls\Cardkey P2000\sql). Select it and click Open.
In the Connect to Server window select the regional server and click
Connect.
In the SQL Server Management Studio window click (“Parse Query”
button) to check integrity of the script.
Click the ! Execute button.
Verify that the file was executed without errors.
Keep the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio window open.
