o quit monitoring of P2000 Services:
1. Right-click the “traffic signal” icon located in the system tray (right side of
the W
indows task bar), and select Quit from the menu.

o clean the database tables:
1. Go to St
art>Programs>Microsoft SQL Server 2005>SQL Server
Management Studio.
2. In the Connect to Server window select the regional server and click C
onnect.
3. Click the “Open File” button or go to File>Open>File.
4. Browse for the Clean (publi
cation name).sql files. The path is \Program
Files\Johnson Controls\Cardkey P2000\sql. Select one of the files, for
example, CleanEnterprise.sql, and click Open.
