POLY V BELT 430 J12 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
Tools required:
 Philips
screwdriver
5-9
 Hex key (6mm)
 Hexagonal
socket wrench
(19&13mm)
 Puller
 Adjustable
wrench
Procedure:
1 Remove all of the covers. (except the left cover).
2 Remove the pedal arm and crank
3 Loosen the screws then
remove poly v belt and
replace it with a new
one
4 Reverse step 1-3 to
install the parts.
