POLY V BELT 430J8 REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (JPS)
Tools required:
u Philips
screwdriver
u Hex key (4mm)
u Open end
wrench (14mm)
Procedure:
7. Tighten the screws holding the both-end bearing housings
to the frame.
8. Tighten the screws in both the chain tension springs.
9. Tighten the screws that hold the bearing housing to the
frame.
10. Install the 430J8 & 430J6 belts onto the front and rear
pulleys.
11. Install the side covers.
