TENSION SPRING SET REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE (JAR)
Tools required:
u Philips
screwdriver
u Hex key (4mm)
Procedure:
1. Remove the console and
skid pad (Refer to page 3-26).
Loosen the screws from the
side covers with the
screwdriver then remove
side covers.
2. Loosen the belts
(500/440J8&400/380J6)
from the pulley
3. With the hex key loosen
the screws from the tension
spring set.
4. Replace it with a new one then turn the set CW about 2.5-
3 turns
5. Reverse the step 1-3 to install the parts.
