SECTION VI: ENTERING SERVICE MODE
SERVICE MODE ON MASTER CONTROL
Once in the service mode, the thermostat background will be gray (as pictured below) and the con-
trol can access system settings/information. The master has access to all areas of the communicat-
ing system.
NAVIGATING SERVICE MODE: MASTER CONTROL
Equipment details:
The equipment details screen displays fixed information which may include: System ID, Model num-
ber, Serial number and other details that pertain to the selected communicating equipment.
The Dealer Information screen is shown for every
system install. This screen is for dealer informa-
tion entry. Text can be entered with the keyboard
or imported. For more information on the function
of this screen refer to the Service Mode section of
this document. This is the final setup screen.
Once completed you can exit service mode for
normal operation.

The master control is a Touch Screen Communi-
cating Control that has been configured to
assume full control of a communicating system.
To enter the service portion of the control press
and hold (for 5 seconds) on the brand symbol
located in the upper right hand side of a given
screen (see picture).
From the system map (as shown) the controller
provides access to view all communicating com-
ponents and settings. Press the icon that relates
to the part of the system that you would like to
access and the controller will view each commu-
nicating component’s: Equipment Details, Equip-
ment Status, and Inputs/Outputs. Below is a
description of each of these screens.
