What to do if my Journey Wheelchair does not move?

If your Journey Wheelchair doesn't move, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the key switch is turned to the “ON” position. * Check if the main circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary. * Make sure the brake release lever is in “Drive Mode,” not “Freewheel Mode." * Disconnect the charger if it's connected. * Recharge the battery if the power is low. * If the scooter shuts down to conserve battery, turn the key switch “OFF” and then “ON” again. * If none of these steps work, check the Power light for a Flash Code to diagnose a controller error.
