2. Installing new atomizer coils
If an atomizer coil is replaced with one which has a greater resistance than the previous one, it is
important to reset the „Base Resistance“ of the atomizer. This is the resistance of the coil at room
temperature. Initiate a reset by pressing the fire button of the eVic VTwo while the clearomizer and
base are not attached. After connecting the clearomizers base with a new head, „New Coil Up, Coil
Same Down“ will appear on the display. Confirm that a new coil has been installed by turning the
control knop to the right.
If you see this message in other instances – especially when you reinstall the same coil which is still
warm from recent use – press the down button, so that the „base resistance“ is not reset.
Always remember to adjust the operating mode of the coil used to ensure proper temperature control.
