Removethethroatplate,thebottomcoverofthefreearmandtheuppercoverofthefreearm.
Adjustmentprocedure
1. Attach the throat plate after you have removed the cover. (Fig. 1)
2. Set the feed to "0" (zero).
 3.Turnthehandwheeltobringthefeeddogtoitshighestpoint.
 4.Adjustthefrontendofthefeeddogbyturningtheadjustmentshaft,withathinatbladescrewdriver,from
thetopsurfaceofthethroatplate.(Fig.2)Toadjusttherearendofthefeeddog,loosenthesetscrew,and
adjusttheheightofthefeeddog,withaatbladescrewdriverorthelike,byinsertingthescrewdriverinto
theadjustmenthole.Aftertheadjustment,tightenthesetscrew.(Fig.3)
 5.Adjustthefeeddogheightbothatitsfrontandrearendssothatitjutsoutfromthetopsurfaceofthe
throatplateby1.0±0.1mm.(Fig.4)
