Pedaling feels stiff
Improper tire pressure (may be too low)
Either the controller or battery or both are turned
off
Battery is low
Add air
Make sure the display is lit up on the
controller and the lights are on on the
battery
Charge battery
Pedal assist is not activated
Battery is empty
Are you overusing the battery? eg. Above or
below the operating temperature, and/or with
excessive cargo weight
You’re pedaling over 25km/h
You’re not pedaling
Internal connections may be loose.
Either the controller or battery or both are turned
off
Motor temperature exceeds 100 degrees
Check the battery and charge if needed
Turn off the battery and bring indoors to
cool off. Try again later
