What to do if coffee only comes out in drips when preparing Jura E4?
    • P
      phillipsmariaJul 28, 2025
If coffee is dripping slowly during preparation, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the coffee might be ground too finely, obstructing the system; try adjusting the grinder to a coarser setting. Second, the water hardness may not have been correctly set; in this case, perform descaling of the machine.

How to reset WiFi connection on Jura E4 Coffee Maker?
    • E
      Erin ChaneyAug 2, 2025
If the connection with the WiFi Connect of your Jura Coffee Maker is not working, the wrong PIN may have been used. To solve this, reset the machine (including the WiFi Connect) to factory settings: 1. Remove the drip tray (the ü symbol flashes). 2. Press and hold the f and s buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds (the machine switches off).

What to do if there is dry ground coffee behind the coffee grounds container of my Jura E4?
    • Y
      yeseniasweeneyAug 7, 2025
If you find dry ground coffee behind the coffee grounds container, it may be because the beans you're using are producing an above-average volume of ground coffee. Try reducing the coffee strength or selecting a finer grinder setting.

Why is the '&' or '!' symbol lit and other symbols flashing on my Jura E4?
    • L
      Laura IngramAug 12, 2025
If the '&' or '!' symbol is lit and other symbols are flashing, it's possible that the machine has been exposed to cold for an extended period. For safety reasons, the heating function might be disabled, causing the E4 to switch off automatically. To resolve this, warm the machine at room temperature.
