How to fix insufficient foam from Jura E8 EB's frother?
    • L
      Lisa ArnoldJul 28, 2025
If the fine foam frother on your Jura Coffee Maker isn't producing enough foam, or if milk sprays out, it's likely that the frother is dirty. Clean the fine foam frother or dismantle and rinse it.

What to do if little water comes out of the Jura Coffee Maker frother?
    • A
      anncamachoAug 3, 2025
If little or no water or steam comes out of the fine foam frother of your Jura Coffee Maker and the pump is very quiet, the connector of the fine foam frother may be blocked by milk residues or limescale fragments loosened during descaling. Remove the fine foam frother, unscrew the black connector, clean the connector thoroughly, and then screw the connector back on tightly by hand.

Why does my Jura E8 EB say 'Fill water tank' when it's full?
    • A
      Anthony JacobsAug 9, 2025
If your Jura Coffee Maker displays ‘Fill water tank’ even when the tank is full, there is probably a lot of limescale in the water tank. Descale the water tank to resolve this issue.

Why does my Jura E8 EB only drip coffee when brewing?
    • B
      Brittany SmithAug 15, 2025
If the coffee only comes out in drips during preparation with your Jura Coffee Maker, it could be that the coffee is ground too finely, obstructing the system. To resolve this, adjust the grinder to a coarser setting. Alternatively, the water hardness may not have been correctly set, in which case you should perform descaling.

What does ERROR 2 mean on my Jura E8 EB?
    • C
      Caitlyn ReyesAug 20, 2025
If your Jura Coffee Maker displays ‘ERROR 2’ or ‘ERROR 5’, it may be because the machine has been exposed to the cold for an extended period, which disables heating for safety. Warm the machine at room temperature to resolve this.
