Tape
mode
indicators
LED
indicators
are
provided
by
each
of
the
operation
buttons
so
that
you
can
see
the
operating
mode
at
a
glance.
The
recording
indicator
doubles
as
a
tape
running
indicator
in
the
recording
mode;
it
lights
con-
tinuously
in
the
recording
standby
mode
and
flickers
when
the
tape
is
running.
A
recording
indicator
window
is
provided
on
the
front
panel
slide
cover
far
checking
the
recording
mode
with
all
the
tape
control
buttons
covered.
BATTERY

Emergency
mode
indicator
When
the
recorder
fails
to
function
Properly,
the
STOP
indicator
flickers
and
the
power
will
be
switched
off
automatically
after
a
short
while.
In
such
a
case,
press
the
POWER
button
to
OFF
and
Press
it
again
to
ON
after
a
few
seconds.
Battery
warning
indicator
This
LED
lights
when
there
is
insufficient
battery
power
for
normal
operation,
warning
you
that
you
should
replace
or
recharge
the
battery
pack.
If
you
continue
operating
the
recorder
in
this
con-
dition,
the
power
will
be
switched
off
automatically.
