Since AMIF on this set is non-aligning, alignment of AMIF should
not be carried out as a rule. When alignment is necessary after
repairs, for example, follow the steps outlined below.
DC 6.85 V (When the power is supplied directly to the tuner in
the receiver, the voltage should be adjusted to the pro-
per jevel which shall be required by the tuner.)

Near the minimum capacity position where no signal comes in.

Adjust AM I.F.T. (above mentioned aligning position) so that
maximum and symmetrical waveform can be obtained. In this
case, the wavehead should be appeared at the center marker
(450 kHz) on the scope of Sweeper.
Since FMIF on this set is aligning, alignment of FMIF should not
be carried out as a rule. When alignment is necessary after repairs,
for example, follow the steps outlined below.
