Operat ing t he Tuner (Also see pages 22 and 23)
1. Select FM or AM as the playing source.
Press FM/AM.
2. Press MENU.
The MENU appears on the TV.
• Pressing one of the 5 / ∞ / 2 / 3 buttons also displays the
MENU.
3. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “TUNER
CONTROL,” then
press 2 / 3.
The TUNER CONTROL
menu appears.
4. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to the item you want to
set or adjust, then press
2 / 3.
On the TUNER CONTROL
menu, you can do the
following:
“BAND”: Select the band.
“PRESET CH”: Select a preset channel station.
“FREQUENCY”: Tune in a station manually.
“FM MODE”: Select the FM reception mode.*
“PRESET MEMORY”: See “Storing the Preset Stations.”
Note:
* Not displayed when an AM station is selected.
5. When you finish, press EXIT repeatedly until the
menu disappears from the TV.
St oring t he Pr eset St at ions (Also see page 22)
1. Press MENU.
The MENU appears on the TV.
• Pressing one of the 5 / ∞ / 2 / 3 buttons also displays the
MENU.
2. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “TUNER
CONTROL,” then press 2 / 3.
The TUNER CONTROL menu appears.
3. Tune into a station on the TUNER CONTROL
menu, referring to “Operating the Tuner”.
4. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “PRESET
MEMORY,” then press
2 / 3.
moves to “PRESET CH”
and the channel number starts
flashing.
5. Press 2 / 3 to select a preset station number you
want.
6. Press SET to store the setting.
The selected channel number stops flashing.
7. When you finish, press EXIT repeatedly until the
menu disappears from the TV.
Select ing t he Line Dir ect Funct ion

1. Press MENU.
The MENU appears on the TV.
• Pressing one of the 5 / ∞ / 2 / 3 buttons also displays the
MENU.
2. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “SOUND
CONTROL,” then press 2 / 3.
The SOUND CONTROL menu appears.
3. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “LINE DIRECT.”
4. Press 2 / 3 to turn the
line direct function
“ON” or “OFF.”
5. When you finish, press
EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from
the TV.
Select ing t he Bass Boost Funct ion

1. Press MENU.
The MENU appears on the TV.
• Pressing one of the 5 / ∞ / 2 / 3 buttons also displays the
MENU.
2. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “SOUND
CONTROL,” then press 2 / 3.
The SOUND CONTROL menu appears.
3. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “BASS BOOST.”
4. Press 2 / 3 to turn the
bass boost function
“ON” or “OFF.”
5. When you finish, press
EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from
the TV.
Act ivat ing t he Subwoofer Sound

1. Press MENU.
The MENU appears on the TV.
• Pressing one of the 5 / ∞ / 2 / 3 buttons also displays the
MENU.
2. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “SOUND
CONTROL,” then press 2 / 3.
The SOUND CONTROL menu appears.
3. Press 5 / ∞ to move
to “SUBWOOFER.”
4. Press 2 / 3 to turn the
subwoofer output
“ON” or “OFF.”
5. When you finish, press
EXIT repeatedly until the menu disappears from
the TV.
