POWER SAVE AND TAPE PROTECTION CIRCUIT
•To
save
battery
power,
the
G R-A30U (when battery-
operated) switches itself
off
automatically
in
the
following situations:
(1) When
left
for
longer than 5
minutes
in
the
Stop
mode.
(2) When
left
for
longer
than
5
minutes
in
the
Re-
cording
Standby
(Record-Pause) mode.
•To
protect
the
tape,
the
GR-A30U (regardless
of
whether
battery-operated
or
AC-powered) releases
tape
tension slightly and switches itself
off
auto-
matically if left
for
longer
than
5
minutes
in the
Recording
Standby
(Record-Pause)
mode
.
•For
the same reason,
the
G R-A30U
enters
the
Stop
mode
and
switches itself
off
automatically
if
left
for
longer
than
5
minutes
in the Still (Play-Pause) mode.

for
faster location.

locate

press
the
FF or

Press the PAUSE
button
at
the
located
point

•The
unit
will
enter
the Still
mode.
