  If your Kawai Musical Instrument does not produce any sound when you press the keys, ensure that a mixer, keyboard amplifier, or headphones are correctly connected to the instrument. Also, check that the MASTER VOLUME fader and at least one section’s VOLUME fader are not set to the lowest position. Confirm that at least one section’s ON/OFF button is turned on and that the LOCAL OFF button is not active. Finally, verify that the expression pedal is not at its minimum position and the MasterVol parameter in the EDIT menu is not set to 0.
